As a prairie realist Bob Matz works can be seen as a diary or journal of his personal
experience. Matz's artwork reflects his feelings about culture, news, humor, and history of
the prairie.
Rebels and Reverence: Portraits of Change, Faith, and History
Jennifer Parker's artwork fuses historical images of powerful women and urban graffiti. Now
it's prompting her to photograph and paint women from her own rural community, like her
Sisters in Christ. Portrait work is her main focus but you may see a few plein air pieces she
enjoys doing while the weather is nice
