Welcome to Pasta 101. Basil's most popular class. In this class you will be learn to mix and knead a classic egg dough, roll it into sheets, and then cut it into tagliatelle noodles. It will make 4-6 entree sized portions. After class, Chef Travis will demonstrate a simple,yet delicious, tomato basil sauce to go with the fresh pasta.
